fiat bravo 1.4 noisey bearing in the engine (classic)

hi guys, over the past 2 weeks ive been getting a noise coming from the engine when cold like a noisey bearing coming from around the cam belt cover. i have taken it to the garage and had a new cam belt fitted as its done 119k but the bloke has said its some kind of drive bearing and he doesnt want to get involved in it.

does anyone have any clues on what it might be before i take it to another garage and it cost me more £'sssss

adjustable tensioner. aloways tend to go. Take the drivers wheel off and underwing cover off and have a listen to see which one it is.
But saying that,if you have just had a cambelt done,the mech should have told you which one it is??
