Had a bit of a heart attack for a moment. Just checked the BBC website and it showed TG being at 9pm tonight !! Both Sky+ and the rest of the BBC site show it at 8pm, so I assume it's a minor cock up.
But, in what can only be decribed as a bizarre piece of scheduling, the BBC in their infinite wisdom have left Top Gear at 8pm tonight, which means for all us footie lovers, we will have to choose between the Euro 2008 Final between Germany & Spain or Clarkson ragging the tits off an EVO !
Surely the BBC realise that most people who love cars, I.E men, are identical to most people who like football, I.E. men !
Ok, so I have Sky+ & will be covered either way, but I'm off to work this afternoon and my hotel doesn't have Sky+ (no surprises there) and I really don't want to wait till Thursday or Friday to get home and watch it !
Surely, if they had brought TG forward to start at 7pm, we would simply miss just the first 15 minutes of the Euro 2008 final, which is totally acceptable, and not almost the entire first half plus the first 10 minutes or so of the second
Before anyone mentions iPlayer, the hotel hasn't got WiFi either and my work supplied 3G card isn't quite up to streaming an hour of TV, plus my boss would be beside himself with the data charges on that one.... "yeah, boss, I truly felt that the reconstruction of the corkscrew jump from Live & Let Die was worth the £154.87 in data charges !"

But I can't stay mad at the BBC for too long after last nights cracking episode of Doctor Who. The season finale promises to be a belter and I'm already moist around the gusset about that one !
Although, the missus is getting pi55ed off with me going "'ello e'frybody peeps" everytime D(st)avros comes on !! LMAO
