I remeber someone saying it! you lied. well, they are a pain when the bloody bolt is stuck , any idea's for removing the bottom ARB link bolt. ive used spanners + sockets to no avail, is cutting the last option?
i said it was easy ! lol
and it is but however i also had your problem.
i smacked a socket onto the nut and used my longest wrench (torque wrench) which snapped the thing in half, easier than getting out the angle grinder , just requires a bit of welly.
then just pop your new one on.
easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Yeah the only one i got trouble with is the bottom one on passenger side, but i aint got a 15mm socket at home (have at work)New one on the driver side went on a doddle though. Did you bother torquing them properly? or just got em proper tight?
just remember how many threads up the old nuts were and put them too that , dont do them too tight.
you can turn um for ages but all it does is squash the rubber bushes, good luck and let me no how it goes.
haha naw im thinking of keeping the bravo and maybe, just maybe, putting a 1.4 punto GT engine in it, have no-idea on where to start, but seems like a project to do
