Technical Who makes the Connect Nav+ for Fiat?

Anyone know?

The phone part for mine is not working and the dealer has recommended contacting the manufacturer for a rough quote. Otherwise we have to have it ripped out and sent off via FIAT for a quote which will take weeks.

The dealer said it was 'Fiston' but I could not find them.

I think he means Visteon. but i don't know if they make the actual navigation unit (they do make the standard radio and the instrument cluster).

Definitely not Visteon - dealer is misinformed - it is as per Paul says

Ahh. That explains it - 'Fiston' was probably the wife mishearing the dealer. She even spelled it out to me.

Good point - latest workable version is 9.8 - what version is yours on?

Its on 9.8 now. I upgraded it a while ago - it was the first thing I tried when it broke.

I've created a thread before on the forum about the problem and nobody had a similar issue or a solution. I'll bump that.
