One of my full beam bulbs went today and wanted to upgrade them as they are pretty rubbish. Would i be better of upgrading the dipped or full beams?
Can you have a mix? As in xenon dipped but standard full? Also am i right in thinking they take the same bulbs?

Which of these would be best?

or

Dont really want to spend more than £15, aslong as they will be better than the rubbish standard bulbs fitted to bravos.

Not the answer youre looking for but these so called xenon upgrade bulbs are really not all that brighter. Sure youre going to see some difference from some really poor stock bulbs, but its not going to light up youre life:D The way forward are real HIDs whether thats an option or not, its literally night & day.

Aslong as they are brighter and not a complete waste of money i dont mind. I would get those but dont you have to have Marea polys for them to work properly? And i cant afford to get polys and upgrade them, atleast not yet anyway.

I once aquired a set of "xenon" hid replicas. Biggest load of crap, they slowly got worse and worse to the point you couldnt see where you were going. My dad used to use xenon gas hella h1 55w in his old Punto. They worked well and gave realy good lighting power for not too much money (5 good old Irish pounds a set in 2001)

Option b is to go and get a HID kit and c is to get 100w bulbs, both of which are "for off road use only" but they do give supreme lighting power ;)
