Hi All,

Newbie here. :)

Searched high and low - but probably not 'deep' enough. :(

Replacing standard head unit with new CD player etc.

There is no power. :bang:

I do not have the car's handbook & therefore do not know which fuse to check?

Any support and help will be gratfully received. :worship:

Thank you all. (y)

Thanks Dave for the link. I'll give it a whirl.
First stop to fix radio - next stop 'Airbag Failure' problem - oh joy!!!

It should be fuse number F39 in the box. top row 3rd for the right.:) The fuse box next by the drivers side (Right hand side drive)

Had that problem last week. Hope this helps

Thanks for all your support & checked out the previous threads just to be sure on wgat I was doing.

In short - there was power (using old HU and changing the fuses on new unit & F39).

My problem was with the new cd player wire loom/ISO connector:

1) swapped the over the RED & YELLOW wires on the ISO

2) connected the RED from the ISO into the 'spare female connector' on the YELLOW-battery wire.

Sorted - I felt great as I am not a techie!! - all thanks to this super forum! (y)
