Any help appreciated.

do not buy it for £250 as its that price in some places

its a standard sporting rear bumper with an extra hole cut out, go to a scrap yard and pay about £40 tops

nice tip gaz, then get the hole on other side formed, only trouble i have is finding sporting bumpers over here, phoned around months ago and noone ever had/has sei sportings for breaking here!

When the time comes i'll defo look about big time, and am happy now, got quote for ins. today and they said any modifying except engine and suspension is fine and doesnt change quote and if want to change engine/stiffs, just to let them know and all would have to be done was have it checked by one of there mechanics to see if it fine.

get a front or rear bumper first?

no, sporting different, all 3 are different, s cheaper because its not body coloured so they all same colour, whereas sx is body coloured and is primed i think for the colouring.

Could you not order a bumper from a scrappy over here and get them to post it? I`m sure it would be a hell of a lot cheaper than £250,Also to get the shape of the second exhaust hole cut out a section of bumper around the hole from yet another bumper(maybe your original one)and fibre glass the piece in, fit quite a large section and smooth it out with filler that way the exhaust cutouts would be exact.Fiddly i know but well worth it for that factory fitted look.
Hope this helps

all you need to make the second hole is, card, pencil and scissors, i will let you work out how to do it :p

do it before you get the bumper sprayed up so any mistakes can be fixed, or let a bodyshop do the whole lot

Hi
You`ll probably find the exhaust exit has a lip on it to keep the stiffness(oooer)thats why i said to fit one from another bumper. But gaz is right about cardboard but i think they would have to be good scissors to cut through a sei bumper hehe!
Cheers
