Kenkeo sorry for jumping in on your post but im also a newbie to Punto's and would like to modify my punto a bit, I saw dave mentioned tinting spray

Is tinting legal and does the tint on the light last a long time without peeling etc?

Where abouts can you buy it online, im not sure whether to colour code my lights to the colour of my car or smoke them?

As for a mod on your car kenkeo I think the chrome white led washers look nice, they better the black standard washers and make your car stick out a little bit more from the rest, i've seen them in superdrug in all places! for £3.99!!

Many Thanks

Jamie

washer jets are for taxi's and white van men, just don't go there. tinting spray can be bought just about anywhere, try halfords or motorworld. the brands i'm familier with are folia tec and savage, i used savage on my rear lights about a year ago an they have'nt faded or cracked etc, i didn't even laquer them. as far as mods go, be old fashioned and start with the usual: alloys, lowered exhaust and induction/bolt on kit.[}:)]

Punto's Are The Way Forward!

i can reccoment the Savage tinting spray too, sprayed my side repeaters and rear lights in feb 2001 and they're still perfect. be careful not to spray the lights in the cold. or it will turn white. Aslo, try to avoid motor accessory shops, there's nothing worse than a car that looks like it's been covered in glue and ram-raided halfords. keep it tasteful. get parts from higher spec Puntos in scrapyards

55s lol had one ages ago when i passed my test and us silly boy racers do silly stuff to f#*k out cars! we got a piper X replacement filter put it in and left off the front o the air box! lol then found some way to keep the filter in place sounded real sweet and you can just wash the filter out as it did get a tad grubby!
real grunt from the 1.1s single point injection![8D]

A girl phoned me the other day and said, 'come on over; nobody's home." I went over. Nobody was home.
