those carpals use the standard 16pin connector, while your car uses the fiat 3 pin connector, so you cant connect it directly to your car. however it would still work if you use a few lengths of wire to connect the carpal's 16 pin connector to your car's 3 pin connector and battery.
on the 16 pin obd2 connector use the following pins
4- chassis ground (connect to ground on 3 pin connector)
5- signal ground (connect to black wire pin on 3 pin connector)
7- k line (connect to white wire pin on 3 pin connector)
16- 12vDC (connect to battery positive terminal)
this approach works fine on other 16pin OBDII connectors so i see no reason why it wont work on this bluetooth style connector. bluetooth is used to overcome the signal voltage differences between your computer and car, in the same way a OBD to RS232 interpreter works. but this is a wireless version which is more convenient. how well it will work i cant say. and if the software will work on your car is, as always, unknown until you try.
remember there are several 3 pin connectors on each car, depending on model. different connectors allow access to different modules. if you use one (e.g. main diag) and wonder why you cant find something (e.g. airbag) it is because you're using the wrong 3 pin connector
