That all depends upon what you class as easy. I think that it would be simpler to tap into either front, or rear, output connections to the actual bulbs, as we do not know, without first investigating, what the input voltage is at the column switch connections. You would need a pair of blocking diodes and an electronic sounder. All of these would need mounting, connecting together, and securely into the existing circuit. Wiring alterations should be carefully recorded both for your own use, and that of any future owner of the vehicle.
Many years ago my first vehicle was a diesel Land Rover. The indicator self cancelling device employed a small wheel with a rubber tyre in contact with the steering column. The device was much too sensitive, and the the small wheel was removed, making manual cancellation necessary. Manual cancelling became habitual.
