Have you been playing with Photoshop again Muzzie?!!!!
I notice that you had no turbo boost at the time. Maybe you dropped the clutch and took the pic while you were coasting
Seems like very low revs to me, but as I haven't got a turbo to compare it with I'm not able to find out.
Then again, I'm sure my little 45 does about 2500 rpm (ish) at 60mph, and it doesn't have the torque that the turbo does. The turbo has a higher final drive ratio of 3.588: 1, whereas the 45 has a final drive of 3.733: 1. Ironically, the 45 has a higher ratio for 5th gear than the turbo (0.837: 1 compared with 0.863 :1). If it wasn't so late I'd get in my car and go and find what my 45 does!
Mind you, you're running 185/60 - 14" wheels/ tyres? The standard size for a Uno turbo mk1 is 175/60 - 13", so that means your wheels and tyres will have a great rolling radius than standard. If anything, your speedo should be under-reading for the actual road speed
Only another turbo owner can shed light on speedo/ revs combinations!
