Technical Whats the best after-market canbus ALARM?

Ive looked at a couple of threads on this subject but they seemed pritty old. So i thought I'd re ask the question.

Does anyone know of the best CANBUS alarm system I can install in my stilo?

I will be installing it myself, so any advice, hints or tips on the installation of alarms into the stilo would be a great help.

find the thread in which MEP did it and i did it, think were the only ones on here to install an aftermarket CANBUS alarm....i eneded up using the wiring diagram MEP used ofr his even through they were different alarms....

mine is a directed electronics 3901T and is fab! completley inconspicuous...

I've got DEFA, and it works 100%. Got it installed professionally. Took under 2 hours.

i agree! the DEFA is fantastic....when i did mine, i just couldnt find one in the UK

Cheers for the info guys. Could i just ask, what made the installation diffcuilt? Any problems u have along the way ?
