NIGHTMARE day at work today. The only thing that cheered me up was moaning about how stupid the drug-abusers are when they come in, try to shoplift and an item drops out the bottom of the box so all he gets away with is an empty box.

the weather looks sh!t - so not even gonna go out on my bike today let alone over the weekend if it rains etc. i'm covered in bruises from fighting (and play fighting ), my muscles ache to f*ck from training/fighting yet I have a another session tonight.
