Admiral deciding to send me an email 3 days after contacting them about reporting hail damage stating they were going to charge me 11.87 for changes to my policy and automatically debit it from my card.
The amount wasn't the issue TBH but the principle that I made the change on the phone they don't mention it then email me days later to tell me I'm going to be charged really wound me up.
Also I was reversing a change of occupation that I was told was higher risk and had to pay more for when I did the initial change so er what? Oh and the kicker is they couldn't even claim it was an admin fee for new docs as they do not supply a statement of insurance except at renewal so the only docs they will give me don't have the right occupation on.
Neway short call to Bombay to get it waived, small victories.
