What's made you grumpy today?

10 min in the garden clearing stuff and I've got cat **** all up my trouser leg - I don't even own any cats  :bang:

I knelt in some whist removing one of my wheels last year....... It was about half an hour later after I ground it though my trouser and onto my knee cap that I realised :bang: ....... I hate cats

if you skin a cat and a rabbit and remove the kidneys you cant tell the difference, cats are a lot easier to catch too, so if you have eaten rabbit it may well have been cat....

Though slightly more socially acceptable to eat a rabbit, that said I can't remember the last time I had rabbit and it's not that nice anyway, plus they look far better bouncing around fields

Nope it was definitely rabbit, cats don't have long ears big back feet and a fluffy tail and the animal I wrung the neck of had all of those

If I get an £40 or £80 in a fortnight penalty charge I will have the Minister of Transport arrested for fraud this time.

Thankfully the Post Office can do what the DVLA can't. All sorted. :)

Oh and any Walter Mitty fans curious about my suggestion. I've had issues with the DVLA before and as well as suggesting the then Minister of Transport was committing fraud in one of nine letters sent to the quango I also instigated a polite festive protest campaign.

New vehicle purchase

My GTV. I haven't been able to tax her all month because according to the DVLA computer there was already tax. Got the new log book today, checked online and the tax was refunded retroactive to the date of purchase. Tried taxing the car online and it was impossible by any means, full or direct debit payment.

Went to a surprisingly empty Post Office and got it all sorted but by the time I was done there was a line of people waiting. :(

I apologised for holding everyone up and blamed the DVLA. ;)

Battery development hasn't kept up with the rest of it

It's more likely that the more powerful a laptop is the more energy it uses and thus the shorter the battery life, yet laptop battery life is roughly consistant over the last 5-6 years giving around 4 he battery life, so as the technology has improved, so have the batteries
