That annoys me. I've got and unusual sir name and EVERYBODY spells it wrong even when I spell it out! :bang:
I just don't understand when they had my passport and birth certificate when my parents set the account up years ago!
I'd say my surname is harder than my first name, but they got that bit right

Why, it never gets checked with the bank when ordering stuff anyway. Only your card number, expiry date and CV2 code.
I did once have an online purchase rejected because I didn't put "Mr" in front of my name as its written on my card, so they must has somewhy of checking those details
Was it left blank when it failed or as Mrs or something instead out of interest?
Never had any issues myself, and of the half dozen or so card payments I process at work daily, never had an issue with an incorrect name or address to date![]()
I spelt it right on the billing/shipping info, then wrong on the card info (how it's spelt on my card) and it rejected, changed it to the wrong spelling on billing/shipping and it accepted

Alfa GTV Winter runner was a tad optimistic. Yesterday the battery was flat due to the cold. Under normal circumstances you pour hot water over it, the heat catalyses the acid reaction and you start the car. With the GTV the battery is in the boot under the drivers side of the rear screen with the spare in the way.
Took dads Skoda instead.
Today. The central locking fuse went and I had to defrost the doors before they could be opened. An overnight charge was enough for the car to start first turn of the key, but the rear heater and interior fan fuses all went at the same time. So driving with my windows opened to keep my windscreen clear.
:bang:
.........and Clutch has gone on the Stilo :bang:
Is that another job for you to do?![]()
Helping a friend fit a new kitchen sink. Dropped it. It's now in more pieces than it should be. I'm never buying a ceramic sink.
Aaannnndddd of course B&Q no longer stock it. Pity, as they were the cheapest retailer at £187. Only ones I've found online are pushing £300!!!
Do a store finder, ive seen them in our cumbria store, it's old stock but you can get it sent to store.
