Damn its fkin cold tonight. im lying in bed with 2 duvets and my robe/dressing gown over the top of me and im still froze.
lol my room is 9.c .. and i dont even have any windows open. damn double glazed windows dont work!
now 8.c. it dropped when i hit post

Got cavity wall insulation and loft insulation? Our house stays pretty warm most of the night with the heating off
yeah we have really thick loft insulation. my mum and dad are trying to get wall insulation, but dew to the structure of the house the person we spoke to about it told us that it would be a hard to do here.
well this morning i went to feed my goldfish and there was a thin neat sheet of ice on top of the tank. the tank is just under the window in my room with a simple solar powered filter system (that i built - 1up >_<).
poor goldfish are quite lethargic, they are a pond fish so they can live with cold conditions no problem.

did you know if you put cold water fish in a tropical tank they grow faster due to faster metabolism, i guess vies versa is true for when cold, (tropical s would die obviously)

I want snow but we have rain forecasters have been insisting we will have snow, now everything shows as rain. I know they can't get it 100% right, but the local weather / news has really really hyped it up/

Surely that's a double negative - so, saying you don't want no snow, implies you do want some snow...
We have a good couple of inches if anyone wants it - The less we have the happier I'll be...

I was going to have a night out since its a saturday and my birthday. But oh no because of some little snow the trains are cancelled and taxis dont run.

More than 7 inches (more than half a foot) of snow in Chingford (North London) Roads have about half of this ~ 3 inches before the tarmac
