What's made you grumpy today?
My Pleco was the first to the algae wafer and picked the whole thing up in his mouth to eat it. I got within 18 inches of the tank with my camera for a perfect photo, stumbled towards the tank and all my fish shat themselves and went into hiding :bang: I've been feeding them at the same time every night more or less for a while to try and get them used to me being near the tank :doh:

My grump:
Being pressured to leave me tenancy (move out) by housemates.
Been told to expect a call from the Landlord tomorrow...
I suppose if the price is right i will move out. I feel it's harsh to make what were friends, pay to get rid of me...
Not too sure what to do, commuting 50 miles a day for 5 months. Or refuse to move out and live a nightmare for 6 months? Will also get paid less from student finance if i move out. Would have to get up 2 hours earlier each day to commute . Would also have to pay more for Car Insurance to add extra miles & Commute to the policy.
Would have to maintain the car to a higher standard.

how much you going to aim for?
5months, *30 days 150 quid
so 20 weeks rent at 15quid might be nice £300
i would aim higher, also check your deposit is protected.
It's a long and complicated story, in short no one wanted me to live there to start with yet i was offered a place there when someone else pulled out at the late minuet, so they needed someone else to fill in. Didn't tell me any of this of course.
Rent is around £325 a month, i need to check about the deposit, i want all the monies up front before i move out. my view is that they are buying me out of the house. Should save me about £2,000 if all goes ok, i'm after £3,000 to cover rent, deposit and a small compensation settlement (something small to help put my mind at ease, say £100 to pay for petrol while driving back and forth atm.
So much to sort out and with everything else going on with ill family and friends it's a lot to handle in one go. IF it was just this issue with the house i would be fine with it and could cope.
i hate housemates, my friend was in a situation like you but the circumstances were no where near as civil

If they buy you out make sure the landlord knows you are no longer there..... it'd be way too easy to get stitched up for unpaid rent / damage.
