lol she just a kitten and her mum and brother are both lil buggers lol

my god has tipo changed then ... lil terror he was ;)

i cant see distances in one eye. I would need them for driving. its not worth contacts as i wouldnt need them all the time.

My perscription is really slight but one eye has got worse so want to get it looked at before it gets any worse.

On a plus side my health scheme will cover the costs of the glasses :)

ah right. if they will fit you can save a bit of money with childs frames.

my last set cost over £400 but thats due to a hugo boss frame, coated ultra thin lenses and a reasonably strong prescription (6 in one eye 6.5 in the other)

You will look very intellectual with them :D There are some very funky glasses these day though (y)
this is more true than ever. most of them are better made these days as well. id suggest avoiding the rimless ones though as if they brake the parts cost more than a new frame for some reason.

6 and 6.5!
My eyesight is crap, I am useless without my glasses/lenses, and they're nowhere as strong as that!
I can imagine that ultra-thin lenses would still be reasonably thick at that strength.

glasses for driving is annoying, i have to wear them too. The single best thing for sunny days is those clip-on sun shades, though.

Might be trying contacts sometime soon, both out of practical and vanity reasons :D it would be nice to see EVERYTHING crystal clear, instead of just roads.

I see what you mean sammi 0.25 and 0.75. isnt much.

Im -2.25 in both eyes, contact are fantastic though because you still have peripheral vision. I hated how bad glasses where, frame your vision/reflections/dirty lenses/falling off. Personally I wouldnt want to drive with glasses, though i have a pair in the car and a spare pare of contacts in the car too.
