I am sooooo pissed off it's untrue! There's nothing in the cupboards for me to eat, someone is on a diet and therefore it seems I am not allowed any tempting food in the cupboards - is it wrong for me to think this is really unfair on me? I have a problem keeping weight on and need to eat way over 3k calories a day otherwise it falls off, she on the other hand needs to aim for 1.5 thousand per day to loose weight! End result is no food in the flat that's even remotly going to resemble a a filling meal unless I have a million rice cakes and fish! :yuck:
Then there's the exclusion diet that was practically forced on me last month, which meant we had chicken potatoe and veg altenated every other night with salmon instead of chicken - so glad that fad passed!
To top it off she was ****ty with me when she got home from work, cos I printed some pics in work for her - and it was on the wrong paper and then I rolled them to bring them home! Apparently this is a lot closer to the end of the world than I ever imagined it to be
Dammit is it too much to ask that I get to eat what I want and to be respected for the favours I do! :bang::bang::bang::bang:

You don't have to eat faddily though - you can eat similar but bigger portions and add in potatoes, rice, pasta or bread to make up your carbs and sauces to make it more interestingStill healthy but more calories/ variety.

Your BK really is miles away! I could be there in about 5 hours! Really don't think OH would like that, not sure I'd like the fuel bill eithermaybe once I've got the cinq on the road - be a bit more affordable to do a 10 hour roundtrip for a BK LOL!
Have you explained your different nutritional needs given your training? From what you suggest, what you eat plus some added carbs is what athletes eat!
God I think this is a case of "pu*** whipped" tbh go out and buy some bloody food lol.
I can loose a stone in a week just by not eating enough even if I am not doing any exercise! I'm skinny enough without loosing weight LOL!
Git, I wouldnt be complaining if i was that lucky. Wish my body was like that my life would be perfect then lol
