That's nothing to do with you, not your problem (unless she was phoning you
). Best thing to do is put a cap on the account so you can't spend more than a set amount, especially handy if it's pinched. Mine's only £20 over my contract but never gone near it anyway Solicitors.
Ours transferred the money for our new house to the seller 3 minutes after the cut-off time, as they had initially transferred it to the wrong account entirely.
Hence we havent completed and someone's liable for late completion charges (not me though). We wanted the weekend to get in and do some scoping of work to buy some bits in prior to moving all our other stuff over.
