no but i have friends who are and a family member who served in Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan

also my old english teacher was an ex marine and he was one of the best teachers i ever had

oh and i might take my degree in to the services if i cant find a job when i leave uni

and as someone who has been in the army have the right to use the term. as do the rest of the nation with the right to free speech.
squaddie is a accepted slang term for millitary (army) personel, so if you take that personaly, i suggest you have a word with the rest of the uk.

comes from the term ' squad ' , a '' squad '' of men which isn't a full platoon. squaddie.

i cant even begin to count the amount of camps ive lived on with the army cadets. stayed in beachley barracks with rifles for a day. stayed on multiple camps on SPTA. (watched the dvd as well with tony robinson :/ ) god cadets was fun. but anyway smiles :)

squaddie is ok but squaddie tw@ts is not, there is no right of free speech on an internet forum, each forum has its own rules on what cant and can't be posted. maybe you need to go and re read ours https://www.fiatforum.com/rules.html
