I know its ridiculous. We are actually with o2, not for long though hopefully. Been told twice we have been over the download limit, once in August and again in November, but not in between when we used the internet more
. Plus with internet this bad half the time how is it possible to go over the poxy limit?

Your problem is lots of people off work on the internet rather than being at work.
Rigby's is either a rate limit applied to account due to excess bandwidth usage OR a technical problem somewhere on the network causing exceptionally high traffic to down a congested route.
Your not going to get a better service elsewhere so just upgrade to an 'unlimited package' and you won't regret it. As for going over are you sure all your computers etc are free of viruses and that your WIFI access points are secure with at least WPA security?

Sei feels like it's falling to bits, so many things need looked at but just don't have the time work on it after work and can't risk not having it to get me to work, grrr. Also hit my head on the chest of drawers while getting out of bed this morning and now have a bump on my forehead

Have to admit, I get annoyed by the same, got a road near by thats a 40mph, car was doing 20mph, I was 4 cars behind, no one was overtaking, luckily the road was straight and empty, so went for it...then everyone started doing it

Whenever I overtake a line of traffic I think the other people just give me funny looks
If no one else is going to overtake I might aswell!
