iv got thermals dont like useing them tho coz i never want to take them of.

so millions of people have to put up with working in -2 and in the rain and snow but these bloody offices working get to start bitching if it goes to 16°C

im in the same boat as you im a forklift truck driver / factory end production operative so work in an open ended "shed" least my boss has put a calor radiant heater in for me and the current forklift has a heater

that and having worked in -40 degree cold stores and frozen food factory's means i dont usually feel the "cold" still got a pair of cold store boots they are lovely and warm..

YES!! last shamano train i had split and took out my new XT rear mech,gouged my new frame and did untold damage to my bits

SRAM ordered from LBS (then again they have dropped in quality over the past few years)

least this bike had a downhill stem fitted which is a bit bigger and less pointy than the one on my XC hard tail

Part of being a grown-up is that you have to do your own research now ........ I assume you're no still studying for GCSEs which are spoonfed to you?

I've know problem doing research as long as the task/question is legable

assignments arnt papers with all the reaserch given to you there all the tasks you have to do to get a particular grade

last year in btec

A lot of assignments I got given at university level were simply a title: if you were really lucky you got a question rather than a statement. Even at A-level we got given a project and had to choose the title, got given nothing whasoever. The rest you had to work out for yourself! Dumbing down strikes again

Right I'm going to give the 2nd part of this assignment another go. Got all my technical dealership manuals out, so hopfully can make some use of the info in there.
