dean rhapsody 12 with 4 sets of triplets tuned in a tri-octave arrangement.
i play 4 string basses as well and have done for about 5 years just fancied something a bit different and more of a challenge. was looking to get an 8 string as couldnt really see the benefit of 5 or 6 (in particular a bich supreme 8) but came across this so grabbed it.

It's an interesting axe. Certainly don't get too many of them around.
I'll stick with my 4 string Hofner Club though, lol
