Hi all

So I've very recently picked up a Multi; a 52 115 ELX JTD, 42k. I'm looking to use the car quite a lot over the next few months and I'd like to get the car properly checked over beforehand. It's being used to trailer to Spa & the Nurburgring as well as a few trips in England.

It's got a fully stamped history. Just got a new MOT (no adviseries) whereupon it had a full service with the cambelt done. It's had both recalls done. The car feels and sounds ok to drive; clutch bite is very low (common, I know) and it feels like it hesitates occasionally when pulling. Other than that, it's fine so far.

I know it's a pain in the ar$e but if anyone can think of some obvious things I should be looking for I'd be most appreciative.

I'd run some injector cleaner through the motor and probably remove / clean the EGR. Do a good check / overhaul of the brakes as it's going to be doing some long distance trailer hauling. Would make sense to maybe uprate the springs and dampers at some point too for good trailer control.
