Technical What parts do I need for a Service

After speaking to 2 local Fiat dealers today about servicing costs on a Punto Sporting Mk2 ( 1999 ) I have decided to buy the parts myself over the internet and from dealers etc and get a local mechanic that has been recommend to do the work for me.

The car is coming up to 5 years old be but has only covered 27 K

Here's the parts I thinks I need - -

Timing Belt kit
Oil and Air filters
Oil for oil change
Spark Plugs

Couple of questions

Any recommendations for the plugs and the oil ?

Also how much oil will I need ?

well fiat use selenia 20k oil

My FIAT dealership doesn't use Selenia....
