Also on a sidenote, anyone recommend a decent HU? :D

Alpine! Spend over £200 and I guarantee once you get ued to it, you'll wonder why you didn't get one sooner.

I kinda look upon them as the Nokia of Headunits.

Edit: Looking at the pics, Punch? are you the Hulk masquerading as Luke? LOL

Recommend sony!! everytime (y)

Get the f7500 or f7700 both mp3 players!!

Dont get alpine cos your paying for a name and the basic stuff is rubbish!!

Well I am not saying it's a conventional shape.....but it certainly looks like it could be some form of one. I can't say I have extensive knowledge.

I would recommend Alping. Yes you do pay a bit for the basic models at £150 ish but the basic models compared to similar from sony at that price point sound better.

pioneer and kenwood both have some new decent units out as well. so do jvc with there DVDMP3 support. Which is one of the things thats started to attract me to the JVC units.

All depends what features you want and how much your gonna spend. Though go look round an audio shop. Just dont be attracted to pretty colours and screens from sony :p
