More than likely he uses a tint film lamin-x or similar.

But the thing is he has destroyed the best thing about GPs.... their looks And the thing is when it was JAMES1989's car, this used to be one of my favorite GPs on the forum

But the blue lights could look cool if done a bit better and with a different colour car.

love how he says so much of HIS time and effort has gone into the car when all he did was put on some stickers and ruin the wheels! killed a great car!

as for the tints... they look crap in my honest opinion. on the black anyway they would be better suited to the silver or white GP's

I thought I recognised it! Yeah I must say it looked miles better when it was JAMES1989's car. I think it would look really good on white, yes. Might try it on mine seeing as I'm going for the blue theme! S'only a few quid and if I don't like it I can always take it off again!

Got a blue festoon bulb. Disappointed. Not bright enough to light up the car. But I suppose least now I can drive along with the footwell lights on and not have a big distraction above my head.

plans to paint your door handles?

having the sides all one colour or "smooth" looking looks great on puntos i think

Yeah I'm thinking about it, but most people do the whole handle area. I'm thinking of just doing the handle and leaving the outside bit black. Just got to get round to getting some paint

I've got my springs ready taking it into college next week or the week after to fit them myself, save £50 or so! Can't wait till it's lowered, it completely changes the GP!

Run out of things to do to my car for the time being. What else do you think would look good? Fly-eye? Still not entirely sure how that works with the new MOT regulations now but I might try it

Thanks. Yes window tints is a definite! Going to give it a go with that film stuff! Cheap so might as well.
Front splitter I'd like but I've heard they are a huge pain to fit? Which would be the best one to get? I've seen a few on ebay made for the GP about £30, but I've heard a lot of people use the Cupra one?

I had a go with the cheap stuff off eBay and failed miserably! Haven't got the patience for window tinting. Yeah most people go for the seat one just because of the sheer price of the linea one. You can pick one up from any seat dealer.
