pics of the trims fitted

now looks like this

and the other side

Just got in and saw these pictures, had quite a shock, had to check the drive to see if you'd nicked my car! ;)

I had planned to put the 5 spokes on the Mania temporarily as it needed two better tyres for the mot tomorrow, but then remembered I had some good tyres on a couple of the old steel wheels from the 750, so I put them on along with the trims. I'd better get those Alfa wheels sorted before I'm accused of copying!

I do like those trims though, I can certainly see why you chose them. (y)

It will be coming off soon andrew, need a dry day to take that and the sport badge off. will look at fitting the mud flaps too, got 4 so one each corner:) two are original fiat linea ones and the other 2 like th eones you get off ebay with the round red fiat logo.

Sounds good, Would love to fit mud flaps to Poppi actually but I am banned from doing anything to her as she is John's baby and he wants to keep her as she is. Slowly working on him about fitting a stereo in her but only time will tell.

Think I will have to get a Panda now So I can bling it up a bit like we did with Manda.

Well done with the work craig btw She is looking really nice. Major improvements from the pictures the former owner used for the add on ebay. (y)

Hopefully i can get all the other little cosmetic bits sorted in time for our christmas run. Think with a bonnet scoop and the flaps she'll look really good.

Partsworld-uk have a Panda Mk1(wrongly yes, but covers mk1 and mk2) accessories but the isn't much listed. hopefully they can get a good range of bits in as they are well priced. they do stock all different types of fiat/lancia badges if anyone is interested.

Ordered a new set of rear lenses to replace the broken one on the fizz so hope they arrive soon

First proper cold start this morning in the fizz. started fine when i eventually got in her! engine sounded a bit grumbly but soon settled after a minute or two.

windows were all covvered in condensation and it took a god 15mins witht he heater blowing on it to clear. I know where water is getting in, the seal on the osr window leaks as i have seen water running down there, sun roof seems ok and so do the doors. needs a good drying out inside with a heater at some point.

Thanks for the help on the Marbella. The decal which says 'Marbella' is the stupidly hard to find. I know the hight of the Seat text (i think is 50mm) But is also only outlined coloured. I should have kept my old one i scraped off :)()

I have same problem. Condensation is fairly bad in my car. Right front window in door was replaced with plastic when smashed in sometime in the past.. Probably the most obvious reason.

considering some sporty seats

These are cheap, local and in good nick and stylish

but how hard to fit are diff seats?

just a change of runners? i fear these may be two wide though

They shoudn't be too wide as MX5 seats are a popular choice for small kit cars, this also makes them quite sought after, so if you can get them for under £125 you'll be doing well (y).
I'd try and fit them with the runners, just find a way of bolting the whole lot to the floor.
