I've not seen this one before but i would suggest this is a giveaway:

"The Eco-Power Valve comes in its own presentation box" ...for the moment you realise its best use is an ornament on a shelf...in the garage.

Buy one and see. You can always return it if it doesn't work according to any of the FACTs.

this has been talked about before and it has to be set up right also i dont think its much use unless you have a ecu program or some thing for it i cannot rember peoperly but do a search on them, personally i would avoid getting one
