Not sure about the colour, but other than that it could be good fun...

i like it. apart from the colour. and he smashed front end. and the alloys, he mileage, and, err the general condition of it. I think for that amount of car, you ought to be paying a LOT LOT less than the reserve! its worth its current asking price of £500 (reserve not met) and no more...

oops i didn't mean to make the piture of my old bog standard, but still lovely HGT too big....sorry

I would'nt worry much about the colour, (makes a nice change from the met. purple these things usualy are.)

I'd be more concerned that it's a second-rate USA (and not Japanese built) Honda, it looks thrashed/abused to near death and was pretty gutless when new, let alone by now.

A 1.5 litre non-VTEC US market economy engine - Wow!

well i have got him down to £1250 and im goin to see it later on.
i no they are USA built but are stil reliable as most hondas are. i no it looks abit tatty but as long as the engine lasts around a year thats fine as i am planning on putting a 2.2 V-tec or a turbo engine in.
will be good fun.
it was either that and have money to spend on it or get a skyline and pay loads of insurance as im only 19.

My comments relate to the car as it seems now.
If you spend alot of time/money changing it, then it becomes a different proposition.

You should expect your insurance premium to double at least if you change the engine to anything other than a direct replacement. You'd be better off just trying to buy and insure a more powerful car.

does anyone know if there is a plug and play version of the remote cental locking for the civic and where i could find one if there is one?
im goin crazy with just central locking. lol
cheers

that pheasant had a friggin hard head with sand paper on his kneck! up here phesents would usually just go under it without causing deep grazing to the car and also damage to the splitter, id do a hpi check on it and see if it was a bump that went through insurance!

they never said it was that. lol
they lent it out to a mate and it came back lookin like that. the car is fine. i have it now. how ever said they are slow is wrong. i had a 1.8 bravo and it has nothink on this coupe.

Err...it was Honda themselves who quoted it as 1493cc, 16v SOHC, with 102 BHP @ 5900 RPM as standard with performance figures,(confirmed by magazine roadtests at the time) of 116 MPH flat-out, 0-60 in 10.3 secs, 50-70 in 4th gear in 11.4 secs. 'Willing rather than powerful' is how one magazine discribed it.

If your 120 MPH/9.8 0-60 1.8 Bravo was slower, then there was something wrong with it.

there wa nothink wrong with my 1.8 bravo. it was over hauled when i got it has i have a mate that works for italian specilist.and it the number one in dorset.
anyway does anyone know the speaker size of the rear speakers in a civic. i have been searching it but most people i have asked always say they are a strange size and aren't to sure.

life is to short to look back
