I took off that aluminium cover of "I dunno the term" and I have found this

most of that oil is above the head gasket, its probably from a leaking cam cover dripping down. oil cant drip up

If you mean the cam cover YES!

Dont do it you will get dirt everywhere it should go and oil all over the place.

You need your cam cover on!

Or is it the exhaust Heatshield you took off? Should be OK without that for a while...

yeh i think hes on about the exhaust hot air duct thing. dont think there is many cars WITH them still on

i think he means manifold heat shield. shouldnt be a problem i dont have one
