I will install a dash cam in my car.It can not only protect my car, but also can protect myself.

If it gets stolen it wont protect anyone
I think Strawberry was more on about collisions.
OK. You're right. If it gets stolen it wont protect anyone
OK. You're right.
GPS ghosting from buildings. You serious? GPS is straight up, nothing moves sideways with a GPS signal. If a building blocks a GPS signal then it blocks it, it doesn't start bouncing about.
Actually, it can - and does.
GPS is NOT straight up, unless you happen to be standing directly underneath one of the satellites. However, your GPS position is calculated on your relative position from several different satellites at a precise moment, by calculation the signals sent from several satellites in different locations, and therefore at different lines of sight / angles (including sideways / diagonals).
Also, "GPS signals", are effectively just radio signals (broadcast on 1575.42 and 1227.60 MHz IIRC) - these 'bounce' (scatter, is probably a better term) like any other radio signal.... however while it is indeed true that the best signal will always be with clear line of sight, it's still possible to get a useable and (fairly) accurate signal when there's obstructions in the way - it just takes longer.
For example... go get a hiking GPS, switch it off / take the batteries out... go to the middle of nowhere, into the middle of a forest if you like or somewehre else with no clear view of the sky... stick the batteries in and switch it on.
It'll take a wee while, but it WILL get a fix of some sort, and in most cases it'll still be accurate to ~100m.
To block the signals out completely, you need to be somewhere the radio signals cannot get to - like sitting inside a faraday cage, or something
Most hand held GPS receivers do not work in a wooded area even my t eye looses fix in the woods....
Yeah well my road atlas works on the sh!tter
And if you run out of bog roll...you can still use your road atlas
