500 Fiat 500 2013 Factory Alarm

Hi, I have in my sweaty paws a factory alarm for the Fiat 500.
Has anyone fitted one of these who may point me in the right direction of the wiring on the inside near the EOBD socket etc? Photos would be good too!
If not then I may have to take pics as I go along.

Wasn't aware any 500s had alarms from the factory?

It's an option apparently, part number 50901734, available from your dealer, maybe? I got it from eBay about 6 months ago and thought I'd better fit it before the weather turns!

Following on from the previous comment, it also comes with 2 remotes which I understand will also lock and unlock the car negating the need to buy, cut and program any further keys

Did you ever fit the alarm? I bought the same alarm fitted it but all that works is the LED?

Update: I checked my wiring behind fuse box in engine bay and I had a loose connection
My alarm is up and running and works a treat!

Hi, I still haven't fitted the alarm,lockdown and all that, but if you have any pictures that are relevant I may get a bit of enthusiasm! Car has sat for 18 months apart from an occasional run every now and again but has been used (abused) recently for driving lessons and test at short notice. (passed test)

I didn’t take any pics but I can help out with wiring … I had to go backwards and forwards over the pages to work out colours and locations
It’s actually really simple! Just give me a shout and I’ll give you a rundown of where and what

Is it a relatively easy job to fit ? Any soldering involved, or just plug and play ?
