Pandatoni now resting and sporting new number plates supplied direct from Canada. None of this send a wad of documents there! All made to the correct spec and freeing up my old rear plate for my trailer.

It makes you wonder how exactly this Brexit guff will change anything on the retail front via the internet.

My diamond cut alloys on the Bravo are still perfect, and I do mean perfect after 85000 miles. At 400 for a set these look like very good value!

I guess they are very well made then or you just kept them very well.
Fact is that most of this diamond cut faced wheels with a clear coating on them suffer from moist and roadsalt somehow coming between the clear layer and the bare alu.
My O.Z.'s also faired pretty well but lot's of other owners where not so lucky with the 35th anniversary wheel.
I put it down to use of high pressure washers(I never use the damn things on my cars, motorcycle's or bikes) but I don't have any well based scientific proof for this theory.

Hi.
After I gave up my trade of being a Radio & Television engineer I moved into the industrial cleaning equipment service industry before I took I'll. Pressure washers are OK on cars but are not the best for removing grime. They do remove the outer layer of dirt and are good under the car for removing mud and salt. On the bodywork a mitt properly and regularly rinsed is the only way, a low angle nozzle and over 120bar of water won't shift stuck on grime, it in fact will make matters worse and then you'd need to clay the paintwork.
Pressure washers have their uses, a "25" nozzle and under 100bar shouldn't cause any issues with a low dose of TFR, a manual wash with shampoo every few weeks though shifts the residue.

1st MOT yesterday - flew through our little 4x4. Sales manager even offered to buy back, but with only 1020 miles on the clock it's not really surprising.:)

This evening i changed 2 of the 4 winter wheels for summer wheels.
Tomorrow morning i will change the other two.
Back to All-New 7Jx16" black steelies, with 215/40R16 tires on the Front and 205/45R16" tires at the rear.
And i will finish it off "old skool" with original FIAT wheel covers, pictures tomorrow. :D

Cool!(y)

Make sure you post some cool pictures when you get them on your car:cool:

I think that I make a good choice. 15 is perfect for a nice ride and good look.
I could also get them at 16 inch.

Also planning to get it lowered 3cm.

15" wheels are great for comfort.
Lowering will definitly change the look and ride.
I and some others all have the Novitec lowering springs and they are great.
Best mod I did to my car. I wouldn't recomand it though if the roads are rough and bumpy where you life.

Checked tyre pressures, dipped the oil, filled the washers and fitted silver coated indicator bulbs. Loose that fried egg look.
