wen i turn the key,nuffin hapens

ive got a cinquecento.wen i turn the key to start it,nuffin happens.
the battery is charged up full,and ive tried jump leads from another car nd engine still wont turn over.can sum1 tell me wat the problem could be please!?!

could be a faulty starter motor, or a fault in its circuit, or its fuse has blown, or the main earth strap from gearbox to engine has dropped off (they rot away).
