Well, the full story goes: -
I'm currently spending most of my waking hours either driving to / from or working in Tesco in Colchester. As such, I was quite clear that Shabash! would not be getting used for that sort of mileage. So, the boss arranges for a hire car for me for 4 weeks to get round the problem, hence having the Verso.
Now, I have been known in the past to write reviews of hire cars (think Ozric-Al's adventures in Stilo-Land) so I took a few pics with the intention of starting a review.
Fast forward to 7pm last night and after 2/3 of a bottle of Primitivo my inner child begins to surface with mischief on it's mind and I thought what a great opportunity for a laugh. So, original post made and wait to see how long before my old chum TK signs in. Lo and behold he's not even hiding online but is in fact, not on his PC.
Wimmy is first to bite so it's onto MSN telling him not to be so daft. Several curses and comments questioning my parentage later he's in and Speedy is on MSN. Even convinced Dave I'd let her go for £1K!! AS-IF!!!
Finally let Dave off the hook and the final part of the plan falls into place. Dave texts Tommy and within 5 mins, TK and Kate are online. Boy do I feel a tool though when their first concern is if I'm OK (and then getting most upset that I'd not offered Shabash! to him and Kate and letting her go for a grand). Feeling like a right tool I quickly let him in on it and take my beating. Saw the funny side very quickly though so no long term harm done.
Sorry Tommy. Sorry all.
Remember, a dog is not just for Christmas. With any luck there'll be enough left for sandwiches on Boxing Day too!

Well I was upset that you let it go... and when dave told me for £1k Kate got upset cos she loves the car and would have spent £1k even tho she doesn't need, or wouldn't use it very oftern.
As it turns out, we are all very happy and glad Oz doesn't need to be locked in a padded room!!
I wouldn't have seen this post untill this morning as Kate and I were in bed, getting an early night... but as our commitment to BOO is so great, getting a txt saying GET ON BOO NOW... means we both lept out of bed and drived for the laptops!!!
