As some of you know I've had a few issues over the last year or so and that has now (with great regret) led me down to company-car-ville. My work has now become so far flung that I can no longer justify a non-company car existance.
Therefore, it is with great regret that I introduce Shabash!'s replacement, the Toyota Corolla Verso.
As you can see, a looker she aint but having had the Toymota for a week now I am warming to it. Cruise control and an insanely comfortable seat and driving position go a long way to helping with the transition but there will never be a replacement for my beloved Shabash!.
As for my baby, she's on her way to a good home and I'll point them in the direction of BOO when she changes hands but for now I'm going to sleep in her every night and quietly sob every morning as I get out and fire up the Verso until she goes at the weekend.
Hope I'll still be welcome at the meets and unless anyone has an objection I will continue the moderating and meet-running for BOO.
It's been emotional.
Remember, a dog is not just for Christmas. With any luck there'll be enough left for sandwiches on Boxing Day too!
