I have an intermittant coolant leak. It appears to be coming from just above the oil filter. It doesn't happen all the time, it can be fine for a few days and then suddenly for no reason it's a drip drip drip.
At first I thought it was the water pump, but I changed this on Saturday past. Now I think it may be the hose that comes out from the block horizontally towards the right.
Is there an easy way to get to this connection which I believe contains a gasket or is it a manifold off job ? How easy is it for a novice to remove and rplace the manifold ?
Can I just drop it down, do the work and then lift it back up or is it more complicated ?
Cheers
