[}] Hi this is my first message which is exciting. I just bought a cinquecento but it has no manual and i can't find how you refill the washer water. Feeling quite stupid but please can you help [?]

It's mounted down low behind the driver's side headlight. You need to look for a small black cap, then be really good at pouring water from high up and getting it in the hole!

BTW, don't mistake it for the expansion bottle!
BTW2, Handbooks are only £6 from Fiat.

yeah, it has to be the second most stupid position for a washer bottle

the worst was lancia delta, the bottle was in the boot! and there was no space to get the bottle near it, ended up using a funnel and a bit of hosepipe!!

[}] Thanks to everyone for their help. Water bottle duly found and eventually refilled. Still haven't got that manual because fiat haven't replied to my email as they promised. I'll have to call in to a dealer I think.

It's a good place to put it in one sense, as it keeps the already small engine bay clearer. Thing is, if you ever spring a leak (like mine does every 3 months) it's a complete b*****d to get at and fix!

Does anyone elses constantly leak? It's the part where the black rubber hose meets the pump.

The hoses perish from heat as they are right behind the radiator. Change the lower section of the pipe, you can buy it from Halfords etc. quite cheap.
