My Abarth has 2 washer bottles. topping up before long journey the screen wash now seems to come out on passenger side headlight/bonnet. Nothing on windscreen Is something loose/split? Something to do with headlight clean?

Does sound likely, possibly due to water freezing in the screen wash pipes if since current cold spell, unless the pipe has split or a plastic end broken.
If that is the case, when fixed run a much stronger Winter screenwash solution. Many shops sell "ready to use" just pour it in, all they are doing is selling you 50% water, which when added to the water in the system means very weak anti freezing capabilities.
Im not sure why you have 2 bottles..
Possibly a smaller addition for the Headlights..??
If your car had snow on the screen and bonnet.. the actual spray nozzles could be frozen.. ( like my panda )

Xenon has a second bottle in front of the battery (for the lights) the normal one is for the windscreen and rear window.
