Technical wash/wipers

My front wash wipers work really poorly, It's almost like they need to fill up again.
I can't get a constant stream, but can hear the motor pumping! The rear work fine but only if i've got the rear wipers on strangely.
Has anyone had the same problem and know how to fix it?
It's not the end of the world but it's bloody annoying

If its twin, its the non return valve.
