General Warranty Finished, all goes wrong

First post so first of all hello to all doblo owners,

Can anyone help with a few things, warranty expired in August doblo had its last service and its MOT then, on saturday the heating stopped working, the fuses are fine so i guess its something electrical. But worst of all drivers side wiper linkage arm fell off on sunday. Dont want to go back to Fiat dealers cos robbin sods charged the missus £30 for a wiper blade, to pass its mot, so anyone have any repair ideas or somewhere really cheap (Christmas costing a fortune) Nr Oldham to get it repaired. Or if you think kicking up a fuss at the dealers outside of warranty will do any good please let me know.
