Precisely why I haven't bought another HD player add on for my Elite. I suspect that Microsoft may develope or have developed an add on BluRay player. After all, they were allways going on about choice.
However, with the shoddy Live service of late, I may get another PS3 at the end of the year or before,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Good move, after a slow start the PS3 momentum is beginning to roll. Sony has just announced 1.2 million in the US over Xmas alone and there are some good bundles out there now.

Bloody proprietary format. I want a combo blueray and HD DVD as I prefer the later but NO I can't have one cause sony are c***s! :bang:

Isnt there an LG multiformat reader out on the PC already?
Make sure your pc is up to playing the HD content back, mine really struggles. That was on a XBOX D DVD drive plugged in tho.
