heap of junk! we're now on our second livebox and its still not working right! :mad: grr....
we have the 'wireless and talk' package does anyone else have this and have you had any problems?
the home pc is set up now but it somehow keeps losing the signal :confused: a message pops up stating that the "wireless connection is unavailable", any suggestions?
also having problems rigging up my laptop to it :bang:

i would highly recomend that you do NOT get this...

Hi Mate,

for the time that you cannot use the interest, through their system, you can claim the days back, as money off your next bill, or they could send you a cheque.

I don't know anyone with Wanadoo, I'm on Onetel with ONspeed. Have not had any problems with them yet. (y)

Good luck with your problem mate!! I hate computer sometime, as you said it is like banging your head against a wall!! :bang:

I'm having problems with them at the minute too (got a thread about it in here somewhere!)

I'm giving them til tomorrow to either get me connected or give me a big refund so I can tell them where to stick their broadband!!

I never had a problem til I came to move house - was actually really pleased with it all. Now I'm of the opposite opinion and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They're good until a problem comes along them all customer service goes out the window... (n)
 
I'm getting really f*cked off with Wanadoo now :mad:

I've been trying to sort my problem for a while now about moving home and this morning I get a letter saying I'm owe them a load of money... They actually owe me £25 plus over a months payments for time i've not been connected. :eek:

Just tried calling them but got 'sorry, our system is being updated please call back later, we can't help just now' :bang: :bang: :bang:
 
im glad im not the only one having problems :) we have one computer set up on it ok now after a bit of frustatiom but the other just wont connect, grr... it doesnt recognise that there is a wireless usb thing attached for some reason :confused:
