General Volume button

Hi! The volume button on my Fiat 500x isn’t working at all and it’s happens multiple times. We’ve tried turning it both ways multiple times but still nothing. Bluetooth and radio work perfectly fine, but the volume isn’t working at all and it’s stuck on volume 6 witch is low you can barely hear anything. And if you can hear it, it sounds as if it’s just a bunch of glitching noises. And we haven’t even had this car for a whole year yet. We’ve tried turning off the engine and turning it back on. We’ve tried disconnecting and forgetting the device, and we’ve connected it back again, we’ve tried switching radio channels. But still nothing. We’re tried muting the volume and unmuting it - still nothing. We’ve turned it off then back on - again - nothing, we tried going to settings but we can’t find anything

Does your car not have buttons on the wheels to adjust the volume

Try the buttons behind the wheel (right hand side) to see whether those still work.. that will determine whether the radio isn't taking commands, or if it's just the volume knob that isn't doing anything.

I don't think there's a way to set/unset/lock/unlock the volume button, so it could just be a straightforward hardware fault.
