Ok thanks for the help, well I thought I would focus on the CAT, because I thought that if that's gone then that is pretty serious..I mean is it dangerous to not have a fully functioning CAT?

I am still trying to sort out the misfire by replacing the leads first, looking at renewing the lambdas also.

also on a side not, would an MOT centre do an emissions test for free?
