I think it's fairly common (for vehicles provided for camper/motorhome conversion at least). Neither of my two recent Ducatos have been searchable by VIN.

The version of EPER that we have on the forum only has data up to 2014. If your vehicle is before that date and can't be found in ePer then you can message me privately and I'll see if I can work out what's happening but, as @HughJampton says, camper vans are sometimes missing
Thank you for fast response. Yes, it is motorhome, production date is 2014. But like I said, it confuse me that my mechanic gave me some data three years ago from ePer, but now they (data) seems unavalible.

Ok, the poster has kindly sent me their VIN. Their production date was in August 2014 and the latest VIN we have in the forum ePer for Ducatos seems to be in May 2014 (but I need to do some more checking)
@jura was also able to provide the MVS code for their vehicle and ePer can use that to filter available parts using the following link:

I noticed that vin with a letter in the numbers is not recognised as per my ZFA2500002Exxxxx

Interesting, if you don't mind sending me a private message with your VIN in it I'll look into it. Assuming you've got the correct number of zeroes in it that would mean a 2002 model built in Mexico but I'm basing that off the information here
which might not be correct for FIAT codes of that vintage. I'm still learning a lot about this data...

I hope you’re well. I based in the UK and also can’t find the VIN info on ePER. Am just realised from you that ePER cannot find registration before 2014. Any chance you may give some advise? I want to know the vehicle model & manufacturing year to confirm if this matches with the actual car. Many thanks. Peter
