I have a Ducato motorhome that I think was originally registered in Germany and converted by Burstner and then sold in the UK, it's a right hand drive. I think it might have had some private number plates at some point. Every time I try and find parts for it either online or at motor factors the registration never brings anything up. I've managed to identify via the manual, engine code and bodywork version that I have a chassis cab with load bed long wheelbase camping car without EGR. Version 15. 2.3 JTD.

However, I'm not sure what option to choose on the attached screen? Any help much appreciated.

It does find it on the VIN search but no new information unfortunately. There are 10 oil filters when I do a parts search. There are also 8 air con compressors. Is there a way of filtering it down? Also need a belt for air con. Many thanks for your help

I've had a look on my desktop and not my phone, I can understand more clearly now and I believe I've found all the correct parts with part numbers. What a great bit of kit. Many thanks

Hi. Trying to find info on my Dethleffs motorhome on a Ducato chassis.
As far as I can tell its a X290 with EGR (pre AdBlue). VIN not recognized in the ePER and as its a 2020 reg (probably a 2018 build chassis as it was a 2019 model), I can't seem to find info on the drop down for parts. Trying to get parts for a service.

Any help would be appreciated please

Further info: Certificate of conformity indicates a build date of either 28Aug2018 or 14Nov2018.
Type 250
Variant G8MAU
Version GACS1

Engine "Motore" F1AGL411C
